The Role: Climbing Instructor
Are you passionate about climbing and helping others reach new heights? As a Climbing Instructor, you’ll lead campers in exciting activities such as climbing walls, bouldering, high ropes, zip lining, and other adventure challenges.
You’ll bring encouragement, energy, and a focus on safety to every session, helping campers build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. You don’t need formal coaching qualifications—we’re looking for people with climbing experience, confidence working at height, and a passion for sharing their skills. Previous experience working with children or young people is a huge bonus.
No professional experience is necessary, just a positive attitude, a love for adventure, and a willingness to work with children. Camp contracts typically last around 8 weeks between June and August.
