Cook in farm restaurant and agriturismo in Tuscany
We are looking for a passionate and curious cook in the main season (April-October) at our farm restaurant in Tuscany, Italy. You will be responsible to take care of preparations for the dinner (we are closed for lunch) and would share the evening service with the other cook. During the season we host several weddings and events as well. Our kitchen is seasonal, local and sustainable and most of the ingredients come from our farm and vegetable garden. We are looking for someone that shares this working ethic and care and is willing to learn traditional recipes, as well as sharing his/her own skills and experiences.
What will you get?
- Il Rigo is a farmhouse, 5 km away from the closest village. We don’t offer accommodation on site, therefore it’s important that you have your own transportation (car/scooter/bike) to reach the agriturismo. We are willing to help you find an accommodation for the season.
- The salary (it’s a part time position) is 1500€/month (open to discussion).

Our family run agriturismo is a special place both for visitors and for our team. We think about sustainability as a round concept that starts with the respect of the environment, the people that live in it and their work. We look for a part time waiter for breakfast and dinner time. During the season we host several weddings and events as well and therefore working shifts might be longer than the regular part time position.
