As a customer advisor at Netflix, you will be responsible for supporting users via chat, email and phone. Imagine friends want to start a cozy movie night, but an error message puts a spanner in the works. A customer has problems logging in, someone wants to change their subscription or parents want to activate parental controls. And every now and then the question: “Where’s the new season of…?” You don’t need any previous knowledge or work experience because you will receive paid training before your first day at work. What will I do?
German-speaking inbound customer support for existing and new Netflix customers by phone/email
Assistance with customer questions regarding the Netflix app, payments, streaming and selection of movies and series
Receiving complaints and claims and dealing with them proactively
What do I bring with me?
Fluent German and good English skills (B2)
You are friendly, communicative and responsible
You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
A school-leaving certificate
Salary information
The salary for this position is € 1,400 gross per month.
