Your Profile
- Proficient in Norwegian
- Good at English (written and spoken)
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to guide customers through complex procedures
- Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Good patience when dealing with frustrated customers
- Organized and methodical thinker
- Basic skills in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
- Independent and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices
- Android users preferred
- Strong PC skills
Your Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth customer service in Norwegian to customers
- Handle customer inquiries related to POS devices
- Guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps for connection, device, or system issues
- Advise customers on how to get the most out of their POS devices
- Help customers configure their devices
- Inform customers about alternative configurations and solutions
- Help customers complete successful payments and understand the causes of problems
