● A monthly salary of €1,300–€1,400, depending on the department.

What are you going to do?
You will be working in Dutch-speaking customer service. Depending on the department, you will support Dutch-speaking customers with various questions and services.
One of the possibilities is customer service regarding insurance and product protection for electronic devices purchased in stores. In this role, you answer questions about insurance coverage, handle claims, and help customers resolve issues. You forward more complex situations to the appropriate team in accordance with applicable procedures.
It is about customer service and support, not the sale of insurance.
Before you start, you will receive extensive and fully paid training. Even afterwards, you can count on support from your manager and colleagues.
Who are we looking for?
● You speak and write fluent Dutch.
● You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
● You possess good communication skills and enjoy helping customers.
● You are flexible regarding varying working hours.
● You are willing to live and work in Greece for at least 6 months.
● You are digitally skilled and proficient with computers and digital communication.
● You can work in a dynamic environment and remain calm when things get busy.
● You have a valid passport and can demonstrate a clean criminal record.
● You are at least 18 years old.
