Your day to day
- Help users with account registration and login issues.
- Troubleshoot streaming quality and playback issues.
- Provide support for apps and devices, including installation and compatibility.
- Handle enquiries about subscriptions and payments.
- Assist users with account pauses and cancellations.
- Gather user feedback to improve the service.
Your profile
- Native speaker or fluent in Dutch.
- Proficient in English (C1 level).
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Interest in streaming services and familiarity with digital entertainment platforms.
