About the Company

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating professionally in an international environment.
  • You have experience supporting technical end users and troubleshooting different types of issues.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex situations clearly and concisely.
  • You have strong research and comprehension skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable multitasking and making decisions when handling complex cases.
  • You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality support.
  • You are interested in technology, apps, online platforms, and digital products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve escalations and appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps.
  • Investigate complex cases and transform your findings into clear and concise explanations.
  • Communicate with developers and internal teams via email, chat, and ticketing tools.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify solutions and provide effective support.
  • Learn and apply the platform’s policies when handling developer requests.
  • Review, maintain, and curate information and data.
  • Proofread and review documentation intended for publication.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to help developers maintain and improve their apps.

Benefits

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
