Your Profile
- You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating professionally in an international environment.
- You have experience supporting technical end users and troubleshooting different types of issues.
- You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex situations clearly and concisely.
- You have strong research and comprehension skills with excellent attention to detail.
- You are comfortable multitasking and making decisions when handling complex cases.
- You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality support.
- You are interested in technology, apps, online platforms, and digital products.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalations and appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps.
- Investigate complex cases and transform your findings into clear and concise explanations.
- Communicate with developers and internal teams via email, chat, and ticketing tools.
- Conduct detailed research to identify solutions and provide effective support.
- Learn and apply the platform’s policies when handling developer requests.
- Review, maintain, and curate information and data.
- Proofread and review documentation intended for publication.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to help developers maintain and improve their apps.
Benefits
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
