DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an Swedish-speaking Account Manager to join our international call Centre in Las Lagunas de Mijas, Malaga.
In this role, you will:
• Contact existing clients by phone, introduce our services ( online investment) and present them in an engaging way.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Provide support and guidance on our platform and training products, answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions.
• Keep clients updated with relevant news and opportunities in the market.
• Achieve targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.
REQUERIMENTS
• Fluency in Swedish (C1+).
• High level of English (spoken and written) – essential for internal communication.
• Previous sales experience will be valued (call centre telesales, or customer-facing roles, etc).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, multicultural team.
