The role of a Social Marketing Sales Representative is to work with customers assigned to a portfolio to help them improve their campaign performance by selling new campaign types, implementing recommendations and increasing their advertisement budget.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

– Contact all clients assigned to your portfolio via phone and email to schedule appointments for consultations and upselling.
– Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell the accounts assigned to your portfolio.
– Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best sales solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies.
– Navigate the client through the Ads platform so they can implement campaign suggestions independently.
– Develop appropriate campaign strategies to support the pursuit of campaign goals and implement them within the client’s advertising products.
– Monitor campaign pacing and analyze campaign performance on a regular (daily/intraday) basis to determine adherence to budget and performance goals.
– Develop data-driven analysis and campaign optimization recommendations included in the task sheet and implement them to drive performance to meet or exceed campaign goal(s).
– Provide guidance and consultative support to drive additional budget allocation from clients by meeting spend expectations, beating campaign goals and identifying additional growth opportunities.
– Build a strong and trusting relationship with clients by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills while increasing program revenue.
– Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team increasing the client’s customer base.

Minimum Target Requirements:

– Minimum 4 successful consultations per day.
– Greater than 100% quarterly attainment of internal targets set in the first month of the quarter.
– 100% compliance adherence.
– Maintain quality standards as defined by program leadership at the beginning of the quarter.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

– Attend daily huddles (morning and evening) to plan and recap the day.
– Attend weekly team meetings to learn best practices, share challenges and partner with the team to become more successful.
– If requested, support other sellers, help new hires to succeed and/or work with other sellers on shared accounts.
– Listen to your own calls to improve your skills and listen to calls from other sellers to learn best practices, provide feedback and develop your competencies.
– Participate in regularly scheduled product and sales training to enhance your skill set.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

No specific education is required. The TTEC training team will teach all required skills for success (Product, Process and Sales) in the paid onboarding training.

Prior Experience

2 years of experience in a similar position.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Language Skills

– C1/C2 (Proficient User) per CEFR in the hired language across written and spoken communication, as the job will be performed in the hired language.
– B2 (Independent User) English skills across written and spoken communication, as training, communication and meetings will be conducted in English.

Computer Skills

– Ability to navigate and effectively utilize a computer/laptop for communication, scheduling and documentation.
– Experience with CRM and sales tools is an advantage for managing leads and tracking progress.

Personal Skills

– Ability to connect with and add value to a broad range of customers, with strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
– Strong time management, task prioritization and self-organization to handle multiple client interactions and requests efficiently.
– Outgoing and confident in outbound sales with strong communication skills; able to manage a complex sales cycle involving multiple contacts within a company.
– Coachable in the moment; able to receive feedback and recommendations and quickly incorporate them to iterate and improve sales pitch and positioning.
