✨ Your profile
- Dutch is your first language and you are fluent in English.
- You have a high school degree or a bachelor’s degree.
- You have an interest in online marketing products and digital advertising.
- You are motivated, creative and open-minded.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You enjoy helping customers and solving problems in a clear and friendly way.

- Assist users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries and technical support issues.
- Support customers via phone, email, chat and social messaging channels.
- Understand the business goals of clients and guide them through a chat-based support system.
- Provide high-quality customer service and clear solutions.
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone in every customer interaction.
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues when needed.
- Handle inbound customer requests and document relevant case information accurately.
