Your day to day
- Provide helpful assistance to customers experiencing issues with devices or services.
- Answer questions about product features, usage and technical issues.
- Communicate with customers through different channels, including phone, email and social media.
- Find solutions related to product deliveries, returns and refunds.
- Support customers with product availability and order placement.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and help increase overall customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- German is your first language and you speak and write English fluently.
- You have a passion for technology and enjoy explaining technical topics in a simple way.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy solving customer queries.
- You are internationally minded and have a flexible approach to customer service.
- You are confident using MS Office tools.
- You have enough technical knowledge to assist customers with software and hardware-related questions.
- Previous experience in technical support is a plus, but not required.
