German-speaking Sales Development Representative in Greece

Are you a German speaker with sales experience and a strong interest in B2B sales? Join an international team in Greece as a Sales Development Representative and help businesses connect with the right solutions through professional outreach, lead qualification and sales pipeline management.

In this role, your main day-to-day activity will be engaging with potential business clients through video meetings, phone calls, email and social media outreach. You will qualify leads, manage your pipeline and guide prospects through the first stages of the sales funnel.

  • You will work on a B2B sales project connected to the professional networking and digital business sector.
  • You will manage inbound and outbound sales activities with business clients.

Benefits

  • Salary: €1,350 gross per month
  • Monthly project bonus: €350 gross per month
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus of up to €900 gross
  • Full-time contract: 40 hours per week
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, based on the supported region time zone
  • On-site work in Greece for the first 5 months
  • Possibility to move to a hybrid model later, based on performance: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Your day to day

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities.
  • Engage regularly with potential clients through video meetings, phone calls, email and social media outreach.
  • Identify and contact decision-makers or alternative points of contact using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
  • Qualify leads and understand business needs before moving prospects further through the sales funnel.
  • Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Drive prospects through each stage of the funnel.
  • Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey.
  • Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
  • Follow defined response-time SLAs and required sales cadences.
  • Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in the CRM system.

Your profile

  • You are a native or fluent German speaker.
  • You have a strong level of English, both written and spoken. Training and internal communication are in English.
  • You have at least 1.5 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally within tech, IT sales, digital advertising or B2B sales.
  • You have solid knowledge of business development and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Experience in lead generation is considered a strong advantage.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment.
  • You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • You can work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • You have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising would be considered a plus.
