Your Day to Day
- Manage complex orders from start to finish from a back office.
- Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Investigate issues and make critical decisions for customer satisfaction.
- Contact customers by phone and email to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain organization using internal tools and company protocols.
Your Profile
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills.
- Keen eye for detail and high accuracy in task execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Experience with SAP is a plus (training provided if not).
- Flexibility: Shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight.
