Working hours

  • Main schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Greek market schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Training period: Two weeks, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your day to day

  • Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Ask the right questions to identify technical issues and provide troubleshooting support
  • Build lasting relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods
  • Meet personal and customer-focused team goals, as well as case resolution targets
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

Your profile

  • Native or near-native level of German and Greek
  • Strong command of English
  • Excellent telephone communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
