Relocation

Your day to day
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat regarding reservations, payments, cancellations, and booking changes
- Provide information, resolve complaints, and process refund requests
- Assist partners with managing their extranet accounts
- Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and quality scores
Your profile
- Native level German or C1 level, with excellent communication skills
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher) for internal training and communication
- Strong team spirit and advanced PC skills, including Windows, troubleshooting, and keyboard shortcuts
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- No previous experience is required, although a background in customer service or hospitality is a plus
