As a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will support customers through different communication channels, including phone, email, chat, webforms, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for people who need help with claims, service questions, warranty coverage, complaint handling, and general account-related support. The role combines communication, empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced customer service environment.

In this position, you will help customers file new claims, check the status of existing cases, explain coverage and eligibility, and support them throughout the resolution process. You will also manage after-contact administration, update case notes in internal systems, and escalate more complex situations when needed. A strong customer-first mindset is essential, as well as the ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.

You will be expected to communicate clearly and empathetically, understand customer needs, and provide practical solutions. The ideal candidate is confident using different digital tools, comfortable multitasking, and able to work with precision while maintaining a high level of service quality. Previous customer service experience can be an advantage, but strong language skills, communication ability, and a motivated attitude are key.

What you will do

  • Support customers in Dutch through phone, email, chat, webforms, and social media
  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer contacts
  • Process new claims and assist with ongoing cases
  • Provide updates on approvals, denials, repairs, and replacements
  • Explain service terms, warranty coverage, and eligibility
  • Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Update customer records and case notes in internal tools
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service every day

What we are looking for

  • Native or near-native Dutch skills
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
  • Good computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with good accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What we offer

  • Gross salary: €1,300 per month
  • Productivity bonus: up to €200 gross per month, based on target achievement
  • Training completion bonus: €450 gross, paid once with the second payment cycle
  • Transportation bonus: up to €100 gross per month after training, depending on days worked on-site
  • Relocation package
  • Additional gross bonuses:
    • €450 after 4 months
    • €450 after 8 months
    • €450 after 12 months
