We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Water Ski Instructor to join our team for the upcoming summer season. The ideal candidate will be passionate about watersports, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities

The duties of a Water Ski Instructor at the Company’s hotels include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure all water ski bookings are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Handle all guest interactions and situations confidently and appropriately.
  • Collect and manage sales and accounts accurately during each shift.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and ready for operation.
  • Perform and promote all services offered within the water ski department.
  • Comply with all laws and safety regulations governing water sports activities.
  • Execute duties to the highest professional standards as per training and company policies.
  • Record and report any waste, damage, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow daily operational task lists and meet sales/service targets.
  • Actively promote and increase water ski product sales.
  • Build positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Adhere to all company procedures to prevent loss or misuse of stock, equipment, and revenue.
  • Participate in weekly entertainment events and guest activities.
  • Follow all operational and safety procedures of the department.

Reports to: Water Ski Manager and General Manager

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Valid Coach License or Waterski Instructor Certificate (issued by the General Secretariat of Sports – G.G.A. or an internationally recognized body)
  • Speedboat Operator’s License
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Fluent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in water sports centers

Desirable Skills & Attributes

  • Previous experience in a Waterski or Wakeboarding environment
  • Strong knowledge of waterski/wakeboarding equipment and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to work the required hours and support your team as needed
  • Skilled in safety and on-water rescue techniques
  • Good understanding of the current waterski/wakeboarding industry
  • Ability to assist guests with equipment setup and instruction
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for teaching and teamwork
