‍ What is your daily life like?

As a Customer Advisor for Commerzbank, your main focus will be to provide exceptional support to private and business clients in the German language. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team that handles a wide range of customer inquiries — from account support to general banking questions. Here’s what a typical day might look like:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Listening attentively to understand customer needs and provide the most suitable solutions.
  • Using in-house digital tools and platforms to access and update customer records.
  • Documenting all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
  • Building trust by following communication best practices and Commerzbank’s customer service protocols.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets — quality matters just as much as quantity.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support each other in a hybrid work model.
  • Participating in paid training sessions to develop your product knowledge and communication skills.

Whether you’re experienced or new to customer service, you’ll receive 16 days of paid training, including a full introduction to Commerzbank’s products and tools.   • Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2)
  • Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment
  • Confident working with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus
  • Internet speed test required for hybrid work: minimum 8 Mbps download / 4 Mbps upload
