Join Sunsail and share your passion for sailing with others! We’re looking for skilled and motivated Yachtmaster Instructors to join our Sailing School teams in Greece for the Summer 2026 season.
As a Yachtmaster Instructor, you’ll lead RYA-accredited training courses, mentor students and instructors, and ensure the highest standards of safety, seamanship, and instruction on and off the water. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver exceptional learning experiences while enjoying life in some of the most beautiful sailing destinations in the Mediterranean.
