About the job
In this position, you will become a crucial point of contact for Miele customers, providing excellent support via phone, email and chat. This position is an excellent fit for people with a passion for customer service who are eager to grow professionally in a vibrant and supportive environment.
What is your daily life? As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering customer questions and solving problems with Miele products and services. You will work in a modern office in Athens, where you will be surrounded by a diverse and energetic team. You will receive extensive training and support to help you excel in your role.
