We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our human resources team at our office in Rovaniemi, Finland. If you have a passion for people, organization, and a fast-paced international environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Responsibilities 🏆
✅ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
✅ Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
✅ Handle HR administration tasks, such as record-keeping, compliance, and documentation.
✅ Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
✅ Support HR projects and initiatives within the company.

Who We’re Looking For 👀
✔️ Previous experience in HR or an executive role.
✔️ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
✔️ People management & HR administration skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
✔️ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
✔️ A degree in Human Resources or related fields is a plus.
✔️ Experience in the tourism industry is preferred.
