Your day to day
- Be the first point of contact for Mercedes-Benz customers via phone, email, or chat
- Provide support for roadside assistance and 24/7 emergency help
- Assist customers with Mercedes Me App and digital service troubleshooting
- Help with vehicle service bookings and dealership appointments
- Answer warranty and documentation-related inquiries
- Deliver empathetic, efficient, and premium-level customer support
- Take part in continuous learning through uptraining periods of 10 days and nesting periods of 5 days per skill
Your profile
- You are a native Danish speaker with a B2 level of English
- You have strong technical skills and feel confident using mobile apps, connectivity features, and online platforms
- You have a genuine interest in the automotive sector and in learning about the latest vehicle technologies
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
- You are able to multitask, manage complex customer issues, and work with advanced software tools
- You have a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- A driver’s license is a plus, as is familiarity with geographical locations and mobile connectivity such as hotspots and app linking
