About the role
We are looking for German-speaking employees to provide high-quality customer service for a renowned American company that operates an online marketplace for accommodation and travel.
You will be a key member of the team and handle customer inquiries through various channels. Your tasks will include handling calls, diagnosing problems, offering solutions and maintaining communication and trust with customers.
Responsibilities
You will handle incoming calls and inquiries, analyze and resolve customer issues and build trust through open communication and customer-focused solutions. You will also log and analyze technical inquiries to identify trends, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to troubleshoot and multitask
- Good MS Office skills
- Valid passport and the required documents for the stay in Greece
