Your Role
As an Activity Leader, you’ll organize fun and engaging activities for international guests of all ages, shaped around your strengths and passions. You can specialize in one area or try a mix:
- Sports: football, ping pong, beach volleyball, water polo
- Fitness & Wellness: aqua gym, stretching, zumba, yoga
- Children’s Activities: Mini Club, games, creative workshops
- Evening Shows: hosting, singing, dancing
- Eco Projects: fun, sustainability-focused activities
- Guided Tours: exploring Italy’s natural and cultural beauty

What We Offer
- Salary: €900–€1,450 net/month, depending on experience, responsibilities, and tasks
- Accommodation and meals included
- One day off per week
- Training weekend in Italy
- Flexible contracts: our positions are open from March to November; minimum required availability is July and August. Specify your exact dates in your application.
Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic, and ready to engage guests
- Enthusiastic about activities, sports, crafts, or performing
- Open to learning and team-oriented
- Speak English (German, Dutch, or Italian are a plus)
- Positive, flexible, responsible, and 18+
- EU nationals only
- Available at least July and August
