About the position: As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch customers. You’ll assist them by phone, chat, and email, proactively contributing ideas and providing service-oriented solutions. No standard scripting required: your input and customer-focused approach are highly valued! You’ll be working for a well-known player in the iGaming sector, which includes online entertainment like sports betting, casinos, and other interactive games. You don’t need to be an iGaming specialist before you start: you’ll receive extensive training so you can confidently interact with customers. Customer service is available 24/7, so you’ll work varying shifts, including nights and early mornings. Flexibility is therefore essential. What a typical workday might look like: Assist customers in placing sports bets or casino games.
