About the position
As a German-speaking Payment Specialist, you will be an integral part of our finance team by handling daily payment issues, communicating with payment partners and managing customer requests for payments and invoices. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the sales and order management teams and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Your day starts with checking and processing all incoming payment requests. You will communicate with customers and payment partners to ensure that all transactions are processed correctly and on time. You will also assist in resolving payment issues and manage requests for refunds, VAT changes and invoicing. You will also maintain detailed records in SAP and Excel to ensure the accuracy of our financial data.
