As a Kids Club Activity Leader, you’ll be part of an international childcare team with colleagues from the UK, Greece, Germany, USA, and France. Working with Worldwide Kids, you’ll play a key role in making a child’s holiday unforgettable by delivering safe, exciting, and unique experiences.
Worldwide Kids runs engaging and varied activity programmes featuring cognitive, creative, and physical activities, making full use of the resort’s amazing facilities. Our Activity Leaders are energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children.
We are looking for passionate, flexible, and committed individuals who prioritize safety, enjoy working in a team, and have experience working with large groups of children.
Responsibilities
✔️ Ensure the smooth operation of the Kids Club in the resort
✔️ Assist and occasionally deputise for the Kids/Teen Club Supervisor
✔️ Ensure the safety and welfare of children in your care, as well as staff working alongside you
✔️ Proactively suggest exciting and age-appropriate activities for children
✔️ Decorate the setting to be welcoming and stimulating for children and families
✔️ Attend daily briefings with the WK childcare supervisors and manager
✔️ Liaise directly with parents and carers of attending children
✔️ Represent Worldwide Kids as a visible presence within the resort
✔️ Step in operationally when needed (e.g. covering breaks, sickness, holidays)
✔️ Be proactive and imaginative with special promotions
✔️ Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Experience working with children aged 4 – 17 years
- Caring and passionate about working with children
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude towards providing a first-class service
- Fluent English speaker
- Team player
- Background in sports and/or arts
✅ Desirable:
- Childcare/teaching qualification
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
