Your role
As a Technical Support & Customer Advisor, you will be the voice of Xiaomi for German-speaking customers.
You’ll support users with questions, requests, and technical issues, delivering a smooth service experience across
phone, email, chat, and messaging channels.
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails with a customer-first approach.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high satisfaction.
- Build trust through open, honest, and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Meet personal and team targets for service quality and case handling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account processes.
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies consistently.
Your profile
- German at native or near-native level; English at a good working level (for training and internal communication).
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours
- Full-time, 8 hours/day (schedule shared during the hiring process).
- Flexibility is required regarding production hours and working days.
Salary & benefits
- €1,300 gross/month (Hybrid model).
