‍ Your Profile

  • Dutch language proficiency at C1 level (native or near-native)
  • English at B2 level (for training, tools, and internal communication)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support (gaming industry experience is a plus)
  • Typing speed: minimum 30 words per minute, 85% accuracy
  • Key skills:
    • Strong adaptability and flexibility
    • Critical thinking and decision-making
    • Awareness of idioms, slang, and pop culture references
  • ❗ You must not have worked in any previous Meta Metaverse moderation role

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and investigate user reports in Horizon Worlds
  • Evaluate interpersonal interactions for abuse, harassment, or policy violations
  • Flag and handle inappropriate content such as gestures, language, and explicit elements
  • Identify prohibited or restricted items (e.g., drugs, alcohol, graphic content)
  • Collaborate with Meta to update guidelines and enforcement protocols
  • Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and precision in all moderation decisions
  • Be open to changes in workflows and exposure to potentially sensitive content
