What is your daily life like? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Greet customers politely and professionally, adhering to quality guidelines and KPIs.
- Provide consumers with accurate information and solutions aligned with their queries.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities to benefit both the company and customers.
- Drive continuous improvements in all operational aspects.

History and Culture: Immerse yourself in Lisbon’s rich history and culture. Explore historic neighborhoods like Alfama and Belém, visit iconic landmarks such as the Jerónimos Monastery and the Tower of Belém, and enjoy the city’s numerous museums and cultural events.
Nature and Adventure: Experience the natural beauty and adventurous side of Lisbon. Spend weekends hiking in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, surfing at nearby beaches, or enjoying scenic views from the city’s many miradouros (viewpoints).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (C2) and English (B2)
- Preferable experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
Benefits:
- Base Salary: €895 (paid in 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: €100 (paid in 12 months)
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 19:00 (rotational shifts), days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
- Travel Costs: Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 (economy class) at the end of the 6th month
- Accommodation:
- From outside Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at €280/month (utilities included)
- From inside Portugal: No accommodation provided unless currently in competitor accommodation
- Health Insurance: Coverage from day 1 (with monthly payment), free after 6 months of contract
