About the job

As a Community Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our online platform. Your main responsibility will be to assist our community by resolving requests in an empathetic, accurate and timely manner. You will be familiar with our products and community standards, so that you can make balanced decisions and be an effective advocate for our users. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and empathy are essential for this role.

 

How does your daily life unfold?

Community support: Respond to user requests with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy. Use your market-specific knowledge to identify and propose scalable solutions to improve community care.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve reported issues, such as account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content. Enforce our Terms of Use by closely monitoring reports of abuse.
Use of data: Collect, analyse and use relevant data to improve the overall user experience. Recognise trends and patterns and report issues outside of company policy to the global team.
Quality assurance: Review reported content within agreed timeframes and maintain high quality standards. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
