As a Spanish Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe and supportive community. You will investigate and resolve issues reported by users, enforce our Terms of Use, and identify inefficiencies in workflows. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to utilize market-specific knowledge to improve user experience.
What is your daily life like? In this role, you will:

- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content

- Analyze relevant data to improve user experience
- Monitor reports of abuse and enforce our Terms of Use
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
