As an Italian-speaking Customer Expert, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with purchases, and troubleshoot product-related issues, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound calls and respond to Italian-speaking customer inquiries
✔ Support customers with sales, aftersales assistance, and technical troubleshooting
✔ Navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual desktop applications efficiently
✔ Provide expert guidance on product-related issues
✔ Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed
✔ Maintain high-performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and response time
