What will you be doing?

This is a part-time role and its has to work on property when they are events and out of the property if we need to promote certain events.

Programming Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of party events from start to finish: setup, engagement, peak energy moments, and wrap-up.
  • Act as the face of the party: welcoming guests, starting the energy, and making sure everyone is having fun.
  • Curate and maintain a high-energy, inclusive vibe throughout the night.
  • Collaborate with DJs, performers, and the Experience team to orchestrate party highlights, games, or special moments.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future party formats and guest experiences.

 

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Drive buzz and food sales by actively engaging with guests, encouraging purchases, and recommending drinks and bites.
  • Work with the bar and kitchen team to push promos, upsell specials, and highlight featured items.
  • Hit weekly sales activation targets set by the Experience and F&B teams.
  • Understand guest preferences and use that to create personalized suggestions and maximize sales.

 

Communication Responsibilities

  • Be a connector: introduce guests to each other, spark conversation, and build community vibes.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground brand ambassador, always communicating our tone and values through your actions and words.
  • Use social media tools (if applicable) to help promote events in real-time, encourage content creation, and tag our brand.
  • Keep open lines of communication with the Events and Bar teams to ensure a smooth party flow.

 

Job Requirements

  • This is a guest-facing, high-energy, performance-based role requiring charisma, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • You’ll be expected to lead by example on the dance floor, spark conversations, and actively promote our drink and food offerings.
  • Must be comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays in a nightlife environment.
  • Ability to multitask, read a room, and adapt energy levels based on crowd needs.
  • Previous experience in nightlife, events, hospitality, or promotions is a plus, but your vibe and attitude are what matter most.
