As a German-speaking Order Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, assisting German-speaking clients with their orders and inquiries. Your role will ensure that people with diabetes receive the support they need when using the Omnipod system, offering guidance on product orders, shipments, and any issues they may face.

What is your daily life like?
Your day will revolve around providing top-tier customer support, responding to inquiries from German-speaking clients, and ensuring their orders are processed smoothly. You’ll assist with orders for medical devices (excluding insulin), provide information on test kits or demo products, and resolve any issues related to payments or shipments.
