We are looking for professional, service-oriented German-Speaking Experience Lab Hosts to join our team for the summer (June, July and August) at a renowned campsite on the Adriatic coast, perfectly located between the stunning Venetian lagoon and the city of Venice.
As an Experience Lab Host, you will be the face of the brand-new Experience Lab, an immersive and interactive space dedicated to culture, nature, and the local bioregion. You will support guests throughout their visit, guide them through the multimedia exhibition, and help them get the most out of the surrounding area.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide clear, detailed information about excursions, activities, and the Experience Lab program.
- Prepare, plan, and help develop activities and workshops hosted inside the Experience Lab.
- Conduct guided tours and deliver workshops on nature, culture, and sustainability for campsite guests and outside visitors.
- Represent the campsite with a positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Address general guest inquiries and ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest journey.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
- Process bookings and payments, and when required, liaise with external partners regarding organised excursions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are service-oriented with a strong interest in nature, culture, history, and the outdoors.
- Can communicate confidently in German and English. Knowledge of a third language is a great plus.
- Hold a European passport or nationality.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Are adaptable, reliable, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Are available for all three months: June, July, and August.
What Is the Experience Lab?
The Experience Lab is an interactive space at one of our campsites in Italy. It features a multimedia tour with videos, games, and VR experiences that introduce guests to the local area and its bioregion. Visitors can explore themes related to culture, nature, and sustainability, inspiring them to discover the region firsthand.
Alongside the immersive zone, the Lab includes an activity room where guests can request information about excursions and workshops—such as kayak tours, city walks, treasure hunts, and creative activities—all developed and organised by our own Experience Lab Team.
