Join the Customer Support team for Philips, a global leader in health technology, and help provide top-level service to customers from the DACH region. You’ll become part of a multicultural support hub based in sunny Athens, where your mission is to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
You will be trained in the product portfolio and tools, and supported every step of the way with continuous development and guidance.
As a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with purchases, product usage, refunds, returns, or delivery issues.
What is your daily life like?
- You’ll handle incoming customer queries by phone, email, and chat — in German.
- You’ll help customers with product questions, online order issues, and technical support.
- You’ll offer clear guidance on deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- You’ll ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and fast support.
- You’ll use internal systems to track cases, update records, and maintain high-quality standards.
- You’ll work closely with team leaders and trainers to improve customer satisfaction.
- You’ll participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product changes and best practices.

✅ What do you need?
- You are a native German speaker with fluent English skills (spoken and written).
- You are eligible to work in the EU (EU passport or valid work permit).
- You are customer-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and learning new technologies.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required.
- You are open to relocating to Greece or already live there.
