We are looking for a Freelance International Recruiter to collaborate with our team and support candidates throughout their journey to finding a job abroad.
This is not an employment contract, but a freelance collaboration model. You will have access to our candidate database, incoming candidate applications and available job opportunities, and you will help match suitable candidates with open positions.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a people-focused mindset and an interest in international hiring, HR and candidate management.
Tasks
As a Freelance International Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process by:
Reviewing and screening candidate applications
Contacting candidates by email, phone or WhatsApp
Understanding candidates’ profiles, languages, preferences and availability
Matching candidates with suitable international job opportunities
Explaining job details, relocation packages and next steps in the recruitment process
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Updating candidate information and recruitment stages in the CRM
Supporting candidate pipelines and daily candidate management
Helping improve the candidate experience and recruitment process
Depending on your profile and availability, you may also support with posting and updating job offers on City Job Offers and partner platforms.
Requirements
We are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident when communicating with people from different countries.
You are a good fit if you:
Have experience or a strong interest in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, communication or candidate management
Enjoy speaking with people and helping them find the right opportunity
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are organised and able to manage several candidates and processes at the same time
Feel comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets and CRM systems
Are proactive, reliable and results-oriented
Speak fluent English
Speak another European language such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish — this is a strong plus
Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential. We value motivation, communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Collaboration model
This is a freelance collaboration, not an employee position.
You will collaborate independently with City Job Offers and will have access to our recruitment tools, candidate database and incoming candidate applications in order to support the recruitment process.
The collaboration is flexible and can be adapted depending on your availability, performance and business needs.
