What will be your mission?
As Duty Manager, you will act as a hotel ambassador and will be responsible for maximizing the experience and satisfaction of the hotel guests.
What will you do?
- Responsible for taking care of our guests and team members by coordinating all hotel operations.
- Main point of contact for any guest complaint.
- Main point of contact for events and groups in the hotel.
- In charge of daily operations when the Management Team is not in the hotel.
- Ensure that all team members are up to date with the current knowledge of all the hotel products and services.
- Monitor all arrivals, ensuring all guest requests are carried out smoothly and that all reservations are dealt with as efficiently as possible.
- In charge of directing all colleagues and guests in the hotel in case of an emergency.
What are we looking for?
- College degree in hotel management or related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with Front Office Systems.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
