We are looking for you who have experience in service and dealing with customers in different contexts, you should be independent and driven to do your very best every day at work. You will receive thorough training in product knowledge, customer service, technology and invoice management for the first 4 weeks. After that, you’ll answer questions and concerns from Swedish customers over the phone, email and chat. Working in customer service means that you will have many different tasks and customer handling every day. It is a varied job where you always have a customer to help or a case to solve. You are therefore required to be a natural problem solver and have a positive attitude.

Working hours are 40 hours per week.
Monday-Friday- Sometimes weekend work may occur
Shifts vary between 08.00-20.00
Duties:
- Respond to existing customers’ queries via call, email or chat.
- Handle complaints and problems with patience and empathy.
- Be able to effectively resolve customers’ technical issues.
- Record and document details from contact with customers and actions taken.

- Speaks fluent Swedish and good English
