What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Take customer contacts (via phone, email, chat and other automated notifications) and resolve user queries.
- Record call details in the system and respond and resolve within SLA.
- Maintain product and service knowledge, with expertise on customer-facing applications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLA.
- Replacing colleagues in case of absence, both within the same team and across teams.
- Perform administrative duties such as leave, sick calls and overtime.
- Perform additional Supervisor or Mentor duties that contribute to maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications

Concentrix is the ideal match if you:
- Fluent or bilingual in Dutch and speak good English.
- Have at least one year of customer service work experience.
- Have knowledge of IT platforms, devices and applications: Windows/MS Office/Internet configuration.
- Willing to work in a customer-facing environment.
- Can take ownership of calls and handle them or escalate if necessary.
It is a plus if you:
- Have experience in the automotive industry.
- Have work experience with electric vehicles or own one.

- Salary of 21,700 euros gross/year + up to 2000 euros bonus gross/year.
