What you’ll do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email and chat and resolve user queries.
  • Support technical questions and manage incidents of customer products such as electric car chargers.
  • Proactively update customers on the status and progress of solutions.
  • Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level.
  • Achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications

  • Have customer-focused skills – able to listen well and understand customer needs.
  • Can take responsibility for calls and follow them up to resolution or, if necessary, escalate.
