We are seeking professional, service-oriented customer care specialists to join our team for the summer season, to work at renowned camping sites in northern Italy. This is an opportunity to work in stunning locations such as the Adriatic coast and the Caldonazzo Lake while providing excellent guest experiences and building valuable hospitality skills.
Position Overview
As a customer care specialist, you will be the in contact with our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing detailed information about the campsite, excursions, and activities.
- Representing the campsite with positive attitude and professionalism.
- Addressing guest inquiries.
- Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining clear and organized records.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are service-oriented with a genuine interest for nature, culture, history and the outdoors.
- Can communicate well in English and another language, preferably Dutch, German, Italian, French, Danish, Polish or Hungarian.
- Hold a European Passport or nationality
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in their approach.
- Are adaptable, reliable, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Are available to work 2 months in July and August.
