Your profile
- Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Languages: Native Dutch (oral and written) and communicative English
- Experience: Experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills
- Skills: Excellent writing skills with good structure and vocabulary
- Personality: Empathy, self-confidence, multitasking, strong communication, flexibility and motivation
Your responsibilities.
- Handle incoming phone calls, chats and emails related to:
- Invoices & reminders
- Payments (payment plans, deferred payment charges)
- Rate changes
- Complaint handling (overcharges, overpayments)
- Retention
- General contract inquiries (start/end date)
- Relocation requests
- Responding to both practical and emotional needs of customers
- Reporting to the team leader
Benefits
- Contract Type: Employment contract with full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) options
- Working hours:
- Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (email handling only)
- Usually home office after full training
- No work on Sunday
- Training:
- Initial training of 2 modules, each 1 week long
- ± 1 month of work experience between modules
- Combination of classroom training and on-the-job training
