Work as a telephone assistance worker
In the summer many Dutch people leave for France for vacation, but sometimes not everything goes as planned. You make sure that stranded vacationers are helped quickly and properly. As an assistance operator you coordinate assistance in case of car trouble, accidents or other problems with vehicles, such as arranging repairs, rental cars or transportation of vehicles to the Netherlands. You are the point of contact for travelers in need and ensure that everything is arranged smoothly and professionally. This way you make the vacation worry-free, even when things get tough!
Your life in Lyon
You can start your job in March, May or June, so you will enter spring with a French atmosphere! After work, you can fully enjoy Lyon, a city full of history and culture.
