About the position
As a Technical Support Customer Advisor at TP Vision, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing incoming calls, chats, messages and emails. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and assessing customer needs, providing accurate problem-solving support, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. You will build strong relationships with customers through open communication and help them effectively navigate technical issues.
What does your daily life look like?
- Customer interaction: Handle incoming calls, chats, messages and emails from customers, answering their questions and providing solutions to their problems.
- Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction. Asks probing questions to identify technical problems and provide troubleshooting support.
- Building Relationships: Builds lasting relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
- Achieve goals: Meet personal/customer service team goals and casehandling quotas. Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts and file documents.
- Follow procedures: Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and high quality service.

What you need.
- Language Skills: Native/Near-native proficiency in Dutch and Greek, with a strong command of English.
- Communication skills: Excellent handling of telephone contacts and ability to listen actively. Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with customers.
- Customer Focus: Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities. You can multi-task well, prioritize and manage your time effectively.
