Essential:
An EU PASSPORT or EU VISA Working Visa is essential
UK Nationals must already have a Carte De Sejour
Good level of spoken English
Driving licence and 3 years of driving experience essential for the 26-hour role
Exceptional customer care and attention to detail
Can-do attitude at all times
Flexible to respond to the last minute nature of guest requests
26 hours per week over 4/5 days or 15 hours per week over 2/3 days (predominantly at the weekends).
You will work as part of a small team responsible for managing a small portfolio of properties; tackling the changeover cleans and ensuring that the properties remain in an exceptional standard for the duration of the season, monitoring and reporting any issues that arise. You will also then meet and greet the guests, providing a warm and welcoming check in.
You must be great at organising your time, have good attention to detail, and have a positive approach to creating high standards of cleanliness and property setup. You must also enjoy making conversation and talking with anyone.

Deep Changeover Cleaning on a weekend
Apartment Set up and Presentation for Guests
Meeting and Greeting of Guests
Mid Stay/ Midweek Cleaning
Providing information to guests to ensure a fantastic and trouble-free holiday
Ensure guests are aware of events and activities available in Morzine during their stay
Delivery of Lift Passes and Meal Delivery Services
Respond to any guest requests, deliveries etc.
Serving, Hosting & Clear up of pre-cooked meal deliveries in our self-catered properties.
Organisation of store areas
Driving guests as and when needed to and from the slopes
Collect any money due to More Mountain from guests
Snow clearing when needed to ensure the safety and comfort of guests
Being Flexible and Adaptable to guest and management needs at all times
Being enthusiastic at all times and dedicating yourself to excellent customer service
Experience Required:
Ideally, you will have recent cleaning or housekeeping experience (able to provide a reference). You may have already worked in a holiday environment, campsite or hotel, managed an AirBNB residence, been chalet hosts or looked after self-catered apartments. Hospitality or Customer facing experience would be beneficial.
