Your role in this role

As an Account Manager in our team, your responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for a wide range of clients, make a strong first impression, develop and expand your client portfolio by leveraging your sales expertise
  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide companies to adopt advanced cloud technologies
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and exploiting opportunities to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses with our clients’ leading cloud technology solutions
  • Maximize incremental sales and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the business: the “Voice of the Customer”

Qualifications

Concentrix is for you if:

  • You are bilingual or fluent in Finnish and English
  • You have 1-2 years of IT sales experience and a proven track record in sales account management or customer relationship management
  • You have used Microsoft Office software and customer relationship management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

An added plus if:

  • You have experience selling or using MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions
  • You have a Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps.
