Your Profile
- Norwegian is your native language, and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You are a technology enthusiast with the ability to demystify complex technologies for consumers
- You have excellent communication skills and are skilled at resolving customer inquiries
- You have a global perspective and are adaptable in your approach to customer service
- You are proficient in MS Office and skilled at guiding customers through both software and hardware issues
- Experience with technical support is a plus, but not a requirement
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to customers experiencing technical issues with devices or services, and ensure a high-quality service experience
- Handle inquiries regarding product features, usage, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist with managing product orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Guide customers through account settings, app downloads, and installations in the Play Store
- Process refund requests and resolve payment-related issues, including unauthorized charges
- Provide support for high-level issues from third-party developers and guide customers on the use of digital gift cards
