Your Profile

  • You have at least a B2 level of German.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers through phone, online channels, and email.
  • You are customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle questions, doubts, and complaints professionally.
  • You are interested in technology, drones, cameras, or innovative digital products.
  • You are proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • You are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • You are based in the Lisbon area.
  • You are available to start on 8 June 2026.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide presales support to German-speaking users through phone, online channels, and email.
  • Answer product-related questions and offer guidance on camera drones and related solutions.
  • Support potential customers with purchase recommendations and order-related topics.
  • Assist users with invoice questions, stock availability, shipping status, and logistics exceptions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and service processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.

  • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
